What parameters does ^B0 take?

o — rotation; m — module (element) size in dots; c — does the data contain an ECIC (extended channel interpretation); d — error control / symbol size: 0=default, 1-99=minimum error correction percentage, 101-104=1-4 layer compact, 201-232=1-32 layer full range, 300=Aztec Rune; e — is this a menu (reader initialisation) symbol; f — number of symbols for structured append; g — optional ID field for structured append (up to 24 characters)
