Last updated: September 6, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Newempo LLC ("Newempo," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies on the Labelixa website and customer panel (the "Service"). It should be read together with the Labelixa Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction
This Policy describes the cookies the Service currently uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. We use only a small number of cookies, and they are limited to operating the Service and remembering your language choice.
2. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow a site to keep you signed in, protect a login process, or remember a preference between visits. Cookies can last only for a single session or for a set period, after which they expire.
3. Cookies Used by Labelixa
The Service currently uses the following cookies:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
| Authentication session cookie | Keeps you signed in to the customer panel | Up to 30 days | Necessary |
| Authentication-security cookies | Protect the sign-in flow against request forgery and return you to the page you started signing in from | Approximately 10 minutes | Necessary |
| Language-preference cookie | Remembers the site language you selected | Up to one year | Functional |
The ZPL editor also uses your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to keep an unsaved label draft on your device for up to 24 hours when you start saving or signing in. It is never sent to us; see Section 12.4 of the Privacy Policy.
We do not currently use any cookies other than those listed above.
4. Necessary and Functional Cookies
Necessary cookies are required for core features such as signing in to the customer panel and completing the login process securely. Without them, authenticated areas of the Service will not work.
Functional cookies, such as the language-preference cookie, remember choices you make to give you a more convenient experience. This cookie is not used for advertising.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary or functional and are not used for advertising or tracking, a cookie consent banner is not required for them unless applicable law requires additional notice. Where such notice is required in a particular jurisdiction, we will provide it.
5. No Advertising or Cross-Site Tracking
Labelixa does not currently use cookies for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies from third parties for those purposes.
If we later introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this Policy and add appropriate consent controls where required by applicable law before those cookies are used.
6. Browser Controls
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings — for example, to block cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Browser help pages explain how to do this for your specific browser.
Please note that disabling necessary cookies may prevent authentication from working, and disabling the language-preference cookie may mean the site does not remember your selected language.
7. Future Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or to legal requirements. When we do, we will change the Effective Date above. If we add non-essential cookies, we will make the changes described in Section 5 before using them.
