How to use the shipping label analyzer

Paste the ZPL your system sends to the printer — from a spool file, an integration log, or the decoded label a carrier API returned.
Pick the printer resolution if you know it (203 DPI is the most common desktop shipping printer; 300 DPI on many industrial units). If you leave it on automatic, the tool infers it only when the label size matches exactly one standard size.
Click Analyze. Each check comes back with a status and a reason: 4×6 fit, clipped fields, fields inside the edge margin, barcode presence and height, ^PO rotation and ^PQ copies.
Fix what is marked as a problem, re-run, and only then print a test label. A check marked "not assessed" was not skipped silently — the tool tells you what it needed.
