What parameters does ^TB take?

a — block rotation; empty = the rotation of the last ^A (or ^FW); b — block width in dots; c — block height in dots; text beyond it is truncated

Places text in a block of the given width and height with word wrap; text that does not fit is truncated, not overprinted as with ^FB.
