Labelixa Subprocessor List

This list names the Subprocessors Newempo LLC engages to process Customer Personal Data in providing the Labelixa service. It is the list referred to in Section 8.1 of the Data Processing Addendum.

Newempo gives Customers prior notice before adding or replacing a Subprocessor. A Customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within fifteen (15) days of that notice, as set out in Section 7.3 of the DPA. Processing locations are stated as configured by Newempo with each provider. Newempo does not represent that Customer Personal Data is stored only within any particular region; see Section 14 of the DPA on international transfers.
