Simple plans with monthly label and request quotas. No watermarks on any plan, no hidden fees, no automatic overage.
Saved labels, version history and templates live in your account, so the label you just previewed is there the next time — and you can go back to an earlier version after a change.
Included in the Free plan — a free account is enough, no card required
How counting works: a label is one rendered label, a request is one API call. One call that renders 50 labels = 1 request + 50 labels from your monthly quotas; validation and conversion calls spend 1 request and 0 labels.
For evaluating, and for everyday one-off checks.
For individual developers and small teams.
For production systems and automated workflows.
Card required. Nothing is charged today; $29/month starts after 14 days unless you cancel first.
For integrators and multi-system production workloads.
For organisations that want to run it on their own infrastructure.
Base: single server, single production environment, annual licence. Multiple servers, high availability, OEM, custom integration and a contractual SLA are quoted separately.
The quota is the same with and without a key; what changes is who it is counted for and what you can keep. Numbers come from the plan table that the API enforces.

Enterprise On-Premise: quota by contract. The table shows the standard tiers; the cards above list every feature.
Commitments we can point at in the product or the contract. What is not on this list, we do not promise.
Including the free tier. There is no watermarking code left in the service.
No symbology is behind a paywall. Plans differ in volume, speed and features — never in what you can render.
Response fields get added, never removed. A withdrawn endpoint answers 410 Gone and tells you where to go — never a silent 404.
A published deadline and a Sunset header — at least six months' notice before anything is withdrawn. The one currently running, the ?key= query parameter, is valid until 31 January 2027.
Running out of quota is an explicit 429 with Retry-After, X-Quota-Action, X-Quota-Reason and X-Quota-Reset — you learn which window is full and when it renews. We never bill overage automatically: the quota stops, the invoice does not grow.
Closing your account removes your saved labels, templates, assets and usage records — not just the login.
The GDPR data processing addendum is self-service and applies to every customer, free tier included, with a named subprocessor list and 15 days' notice before that list changes.
We make no SLA promise. What we measure — from inside the service and with hourly checks from outside — is shown, unrounded, on the status page.
Measured from inside the service over the last 30 days: 99.98% availability, 7 minutes of downtime — the same unrounded figure as the status page. A measurement, not a service-level agreement.
A label is one rendered label; a request is one API call. A request that produces several labels spends one label per label and one request; validation and conversion calls (image→ZPL, fonts) spend one request and no labels. Quotas are monthly, counted separately for labels and requests, and renew on your subscription day (calendar month on the free plan); unused quota does not carry over. A daily label ceiling applies within the monthly quota (Business: 250,000 per day) — it is not additional quota. Requests are also limited per second and per request. On the yearly plan you pay for 10 months and get 12; the quota still renews every month. All prices are in USD. We do not publish an uptime SLA — what we measure, from inside the service and with hourly checks from outside, is shown as is on the status page, and we will not print a number we cannot stand behind. Extra packs are not sold: if the monthly quota is not enough, the right answer is the next plan up.
Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the customer portal before the next renewal.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; your access continues until then.
Taxes may be added where legally required.
